D.   Severability; Interpretation.  If any provision of such Terms, or any Further Terms, is for virtually any motive considered invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court docket or arbitrator of skilled jurisdiction, then that provision will probably be considered severable from these Terms or the extra Terms, and also the invalidity
